• Cost Analysis: Our initial cost analysis is typically free of charge. This includes a thorough evaluation of parts and repairs, ensuring you have a clear understanding of the expenses involved. However, if complex design engineering is needed or if you do not have a pre-formed solution, there may be additional charges. We prioritize transparent and upfront pricing based on a clear breakdown of time, materials, and processes.
• Labor Costs: All labor, including consultations, is non-refundable. Our team applies the same standards and margins as leading retailers, ensuring you receive top-tier quality, just as we would for our own projects.
• Lead Times & Rates:
  • Urgent Jobs (0-1 weeks): For immediate project needs, our rate is $387/hour (excluding tax and materials), with lead times determined by material availability and logistics.
  • Standard Jobs (Up to 3 weeks): For projects that fit into our standard schedule, we offer a lower rate of $126/hour.
  • CNC Parts & Development: Complex CNC jobs start at $1,000 to cover process development and setup.

Refunds & Product Quality
We stand behind the craftsmanship and precision of every product we create. For products purchased through our website or locally, while refunds are not offered, we are committed to addressing any workmanship issues. If any aspect of our work does not meet our strict quality standards (excluding coatings unless specifically purchased), we will work swiftly to resolve the issue. Our top priority is ensuring only the best leaves our shop.
